Our Client is an independent real estate investment and asset management firm with. Who provide innovative, unconflicted strategic advice to a diverse client base of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Institutional Investors and Family Offices. They invest across UK & Europe but are looking for someone to Lead the Asset Management across a £800m Fund of Logistics Assets in Germany.

Description

·Manage clients real estate investments in continental Europe with a particular focus on Germany & Logistics

·Build and maintain relationships with property managers, leasing agents and intermediary services in the target markets

·Conduct investment research on behalf of clients and keep up to date with market news, commentary and analysis

·Work with senior management on the growth project of the business, acting as a sounding board on European market expansion and working closely with the existing team to develop the continental market, building relationships with investors and asset holders alike

·Conduct real estate modelling and utilise excel and internal software to produce reports and analysis material where required

Profile

·Experienced on Excel, PowerPoint and report writing/material preparation

·Fluent in German - other European languages are a bonus

·Ability to work in a small but growing team with a real vision for future growth and becoming a key asset to a firm

·A solid understanding of investment products/portfolio management process

·Firm grip of the process of acquisitions
