Due to recent client wins and new property management mandates this profitable partnership and looking to expand and grow their UK business.

Your new role

Associate Partner / Partner - Property Management Department

MRICS Qualifications - Essential

This is a permanent job opportunity at a senior leadership level within the Property Management Department. This role has been designed to deputise for the leading departmental partner, you will manage a sub-team of property managers who are responsible for a large nation-wide commercial office portfolio made up of trophy buildings.

Key responsibilities:

• Regular property inspections & client meetings
• Managing key lease events, strategic advisory and working with the in-house asset managers
• Assist with on-boarding of new buildings
• Analyse and execute portfolio business plans
• Team management & development
• Client liaison and development

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS Qualifications - Essential
• 5-10 Years Property Management Experience
• Team leadership and management experience
• Strategic awareness, business acumen and client engagement experience
• Horizon property management experience - preferable
