Currently recruiting in behalf of a large, national, construction and development organisation.

The organisation has been established for over 30 years and has offices based across the UK. They focus on both residential and student sites. The role is sat within a highly skilled team of 4, where you will be assisting with the identification and acquisition of suitable development sites.

The role requires strong financial skills as a large part is compiling investment appraisals, supporting the bid and transaction process and reporting and monitoring key stages.

Requirements;
Relevant degree with a 2:1 or above
2-4 years experience in a similar role
Commercial and financial experience, specifically;
*cash glow models
*financial impact on return of capital
*data collection and analysis
