Hays are currently working with a leading Development, Property and Asset Management firm based in Glasgow. Their portfolio is made up of mainly office and industrial throughout the UK. Due to the expansion in Scotland, they are looking for a candidate with a background in property management including rent reviews, service charges and lease proposals to be based in the Glasgow office.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a commercial property management role either for a consultancy or client. You should be well versed in all aspects of property management from initial valuations, lease and tenant reviews to overall day to day management of a portfolio. A variety of sector experience would be a distinct advantage for this position.
