£45,000 - £55,000 + benefits package

We are working with a national firm who have been expanding even throughout this pandemic. they are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor for thier team which covers the East/West Midland areas. The role is focussed on commercial properties and you will be dealing with predominately professional work consisting of negotiating dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, maintenance schedules, contract administration and planning. There is a small element of project work involved also. Our client will embrace flexible and home working after current restrictions are lifted and you will be able to work from thier office in Birmingham as well as from home
