Acquisitions Analyst

My client is a leader in construction and development in the UK, with developments nationwide and is a highly respected and established name in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work client-side as an Analyst within their highly successful Investment Team who are very active in acquiring land for new developments.

The position will be based within a busy, high performing acquisitions team to carry out site identification, development appraisal and acquisition for the purpose of development and redevelopment. Typically the role specialises in residential BTR and PBSA and prior experience in these asset classes is desired.

We are looking for someone who is an expert with numbers, who can run models using Excel and who is both comfortable and confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
