Development Surveyor - Infrastructure/Utilities (North West)

I am assisting a reputable institution that is well sought after for their expertise within the renewable energy sector and are at the forefront of the push for net-zero carbon across developments. With a portfolio of clients ranging from multi-billion pound corporations, to start-ups with bright futures, dealing with all major wind farm developments, hydrogen schemes, and other energy-based developments, describing them as a market leader is only fair.

This is an opportunity for MRICS Surveyors from any type of background to make a jump to a role within a company that can demonstrate a track record of investing in their talent and developing their skill-sets, which has clearly worked given the lengthy tenures seen across their current 400 strong team across the UK.

The role is diverse looking at Compulsory Purchase, Acquisitions, Land Referencing, Valuation and Planning & Development, and more.
