My client is a business owned by a Local Authority whose main purpose is to lead the region's ambitious growth agenda by supporting businesses to grow and to thrive.

Description

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To deliver all aspects of the programme working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team at the organisation and associated organisations as per the financial investment agreement.
• To co-ordinate the development and delivery of the projects within the investment.
• To maintain comprehensive financial records relating to the project with the Finance Team and to complete grant returns to the government department as required.

Profile

The successful Programme Manager will have:

• Extensive experience dealing with CPO's and the negotiation involved
• A good negotiator with a tenacious nature
• Ideally someone with a Local Authority background or understanding
• Someone with major Land deals understanding

Job Offer
