Job Details

A multi disciplinary, chartered Surveying consultancy are seeking a dynamic Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a leading and influential role within their talented Quantity Surveying team in South East London / Kent.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Quantity Surveying Director in ensuring that their close-knit team delivers an array of residential and education projects to a high standard.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will still remain responsible for taking projects from inception to completion, whilst also mentoring the junior Surveyors within the team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or committed to achieving
  • PQS / Cost Consultancy experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Residential and / or Education sector experience
