Property Manager - South Manchester (4 Days Per Week)

This is a role as a Property Manager across a mixed commercial portfolio.

The role would suit a professional with atleast 8 years experience managing a commercia portfolio, either client-side or within consultancy.

The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of service charge budgeting & accounting, rent (and other collections) and debt recovery, lease and other transactions, lease admin, inspections, insurance matters, customer experience etc.

The portfolio is predominantly based around the South of Manchester 

Salary and remuneration will reflect experience and qualifications (circa £40,000 - £50,000 pro ratad).
