Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with healthcare delivery experience to lead various health care projects. This role shall provide you a unique opportunity to be involved in working on a new world leading facility. This is a unique model globally and hence the project is of an extremely high-profile nature.

Health is the nation's biggest asset, and the NHS is the Government's top domestic priority. This consultancies Health business has doubled in size in 2020, with further year-on-year growth expected over the next 3 years so this is a great opening for a Senior Project Manager currently within a consultancy but looking for their next opportunity within capital delivery on major healthcare infrastructure projects for both exposure and career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Your role shall be to lead an operational team to project manage the capital project delivery.
• As part of your role in managing people, you shall be responsible for the outputs and standards of delivery and/or mentor, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of colleagues in order to achieve project objectives and continuously improve results.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within a consulting / construction related field.
• Health and capital delivery experience is key (NEC3 or 4 and P22, if possible)
• Responsible for performance management of multiple projects and project teams / resource and engaging with senior leadership team.
• Proven health delivery experience with senior stakeholders and operationally managing a project team.
• Expertise in the use of digital solutions / products desirable.
• Understanding of data analytics desirable.
• A passion for Improving Quality of Life and particularly related to the Sustainability agenda eg Net Zero Carbon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent within a construction related field.
• Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
