Job Details

Senior Building Surveyor required to join a busy and well respected Chartered Surveyors in their Essex office. 

You will ideally have experience in the following: 

  • MRICS or in the final stages of the APC, nearly chartered
  • Project Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Building Surveying
  • Party Wall matters
  • Dilapidations
  • Condition reports
  • Licence to alter
  • multi sector experience including both residential and commercial property.

You will ideally have some team management experience as the aim for this role is for you to manager and mentor a team so will have to supervise as well as manage your own workload. 

The ideal candidate will be ambitious with passion to progress their career with drive and the ability to hit the ground running with confidence delivering excellence and quality.
