Job Details

A leading UK and International Real Estate Advisory firm is looking for a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, to join their Central London team. The role reports into the Director of the team and will work across a mixed Commercial portfolio, including Offices, Retail and Industrial units, so experience with similar is essential. You will support the wider team on all property management matters and provide a high-quality service to their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assist with the preparation of reports, service charge documentation and other matters for clients and occupiers within the portfolio's
  • Liaise with Occupiers on rent, service charges and other management matters
  • Communicate with the facilities management team in order to provide a quality management service to the clients and tenants
  • Undertake some L&T work, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, as well as small agency instructions
  • Regular site/property inspections
  • Ensure contractors have carried out works to a high standard
Skills & Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Commercial Property Management position
  • Strong desire to learn and gain experience in the Property Management sector
  • Experience of property management software including Propware and Voyager would be desirable but not essential
  • Good communicator and ability to work with the team, clients and tenants
