Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor

A leading UK property and construction consultancy is looking for is for a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful team who have secured a number of new instructions.

The role

The successful candidate will have experience within a UK property / construction consultancy, and have experience leading projects up to £10+ million from inception through to completion. You will be working on a variety of projects within the healthcare sector, but there will also be some residential and commercial work. It is however essential that you have healthcare project experience. Projects are typically valued between a few million, up to £100+ million. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a client facing environment. You will also need to be a member of RICS.
