Job Details
Independent Consultancy located in Essex have a vacancy for a Chartered Building Surveyor with at least 5 years PQE to join their team in a senior post.
You will be responsible for providing core Building Surveying services including:
- Party Wall
- Dilapidations
- Specification
- Contract Admin
If you have any Healthcare experience this would be a bonus.
We would also consider a very experienced person to come in as an Associate, FRICS with maybe over 10 years post qualification experience with the aim to develop a Client base and head up a team within the Essex office
