A youthful and ambitious team of Quantity Surveyors within a highly regarded Construction Consultancy in London are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to a Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor who shall support you on projects that you will see from feasibility to final accounts.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a broad range of clients and sectors, carry out a Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent role on a day to day basis.
The practice also have several Surveyors studying for their APC and this is something they would be keen to help you push forward with using their tailored APC training with an excpetionally high pass rate.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
- Degree qualified
- Previous experience within a PQS/Cost Consultancy environment
- Employers Agent exposure would be beneficial
- Committed to completing your APC
- Good pre or post contract experience
- £30,000 - £40,000
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
