Well known regional property company are seeking an experienced commercial surveyor to aid in the operation of their Midlands portfolio.


The role is to focus on tenant management, ensuring customers are happy, whilst also dealing with any voids. Accordingly, this post would suit a Chartered Surveyor with a commercial agency background, someone proficient in understanding client needs, being the face of this successful business and driving forward sales. This role is predominantly Birmingham based, paying circa £35-£45,000 DOE.
