Job Details

A well regarded property and construction consultancy is looking to add a Project Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Oxford.

The role

My client is a top 20 consultancy who offer a wide range of consultancy services across a broad range of sectors including but not limited to, residential, healthcare, education, leisure and retail. You'll be joining a fantastic team who will support you throughout, including your APC which you will be actively encouraged to complete.

Projects you will be working on include, healthcare & life sciences, commercial new builds, motor sports, and education. Projects are valued up to £80 + million and you will be involved in both the pre & post contract duties.

You must have prior experience within a property / construction consultancy and ideally be working towards your APC. It would also be useful if you have experience within the sectors mentioned above.

  • £40,000 - £50,000 base salary
