Job Details

Are you an energetic graduate looking to kick-start your career with one of the most dynamic property companies in the UK?

We have a fantastic opportunity at Ashfield Land for recent graduates from RICS accredited real estate courses – either working towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) or recently qualified as an RICS surveyor.

We’re looking for two graduates – one in our London office based in the West End and the other in our Glasgow office.  The successful candidates will have the opportunity to be involved throughout the investment, planning and development process, working on an exciting and active portfolio.  Both roles are supporting the Director team.

Ashfield Land is an expert property company working across the commercial and residential sectors. Covering strategic land, development and investment, we have built a portfolio that showcases our approach and demonstrates how we add value.  Established in 1990, we’ve delivered consistently as a privately owned business across three decades and through several property cycles.  With offices in London, Bristol, Birmingham and Glasgow, we’re a national force that’s plugged into local markets.

If you are the right candidate, please send your CV and a covering letter to Claire Cope clc@ashfieldland.co.uk by 4 June 2021
