Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor who must be MRICS qualified to work on a very large new build industrial plant in the Tyne & Wear / Northumberland area.

You will work part of the time in my client's offices in Newcastle upon Tyne and some of the time on site in Northumberland.

You will need to have previous experience of working on large scale industrial projects e.g. biomass plants, battery plants, recycling plants, data centres, windfarms, manufacturing plants.

THE COMPANY

My client is a large and respected firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and further afield.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor.

You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for industrial projects.

You should be MRICS qualified.

Your background could have been working for MEP contractors or for PQS firms.

It is essential that you have worked on large scale industrial projects as above.

Good client facing skills essential.

Salary is in the region of £65000 to £70000 plus pension, health insurance, RICS fees and other benefits.
