Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is preferably MRICS qualified to work on a very large new build industrial plant in the Northumberland area.

You will work on the shell and core elements of this very large project.

You will be site based in Northumberland.

You will need to have previous experience of working on large scale industrial projects e.g. biomass plants, battery plants, recycling plants, data centres, windfarms, manufacturing plants, infrastructure.

THE COMPANY

My client is a large and respected firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and further afield.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

You should have a good understanding of either large industrial projects or infrastructure projects with experience of Shell and Core elements of buildings.

Ideally you will MRICS qualified with at least six years QS experience.

Your background could have been working for contractors or consultants as a QS.

It is essential that you have worked on large scale industrial or infrastructure projects as above.

Good client facing skills essential.

Salary is in the region of £45000 to £50000 plus pension, health insurance, RICS fees and other benefits.
