Associate Director – Residential Valuations

A forward thinking, modern consultancy is currently looking to hire an Associate Director to join their rapidly expanding north London team. The hire is as a direct result of their continued expansion and the increasing demand for their services.  Since their inception the business has placed an emphasis on the quality of the work they produce and have adopted new technologies to allow them to operate in the most efficient manner. The business takes a modern approach to their working practices and you would expect to be in the office 2-3 days week going forward (there is the option to be in the office everyday if preferred). As the business continues to grow all employees are encouraged to play a key role in actively shaping the future of the company. Key responsibilities

• Inheritance and CGT
• Matrimonial assets (Court compliant and not)
• Leasehold reform
• Help to Buy, resale and staircasing
• Opportunity to gain experience in CPO

Key skills and experience

• Registered Valuer
• MRICS / AssocRICS qualification
• Experience of undertaking residential Red Book valuations
