Job Details

Do you fancy taking your building surveying career client side?

A leading retailer is recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead its in-house surveying and projects. Based in the North West of England, you'll be covering the whole of the UK looking at potential sites and refurbishment opportunities, measuring up, tendering the fit-out works and managing through to completion. This as well as working with developers for new builds, agreeing the specifications with the developers and keeping the whole process rolling.

Ideally you'll have some sort of professional qualification to go with your building surveying background, and experience in retail surveys and project management is a must. There will also be quite a lot of travel involved, so you need to be able to drive.

In return is a generous salary and package, and a great career opportunity too.
