Quantity Surveyor - Taunton

Quantity Surveyor required to join a tier 1 contractor on a project in Taunton - working from home available.

Your new company
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will join a national tier 1 contractor who are responsible for the delivery of an £87 million healthcare project based in Taunton.

Your new role
Working as part of an on-site commercial team, you will assist with managing sub-contract agreements, including management of payments, deductions and final accounts. You'll also be involved in application checks, change control, CVR reporting, and take ownership of your own set of weekly costs and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have previous tier 1 contractor experience, alongisde SMSTS, SSSTS and health & safety certification.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a daily rate of £350 per day payable to you via an umbrella company. You'll join a contract with duration up until September this year, although an extension is highly likely, and you'll be able to work from home for one day per week - with the remaining four on-site.
