Job Details

A top tier Central London Advisory company are looking to recruit a newly qualified Commercial Valuations Surveyor. The role will include valuing a mixed portfolio of Retail, Industrial and Office assets for loan security purposes and other valuations for banks, development companies and property investors, land estates, predominantly in London and the South East of England. 

The Role:
  • Provide a range of valuation advice to investors and financial institutions
  • Write concise and accurate valuation reports
  • Business Generation and client facing business activity will be a requirement as well as cross-selling, and lead to promotion opportunities within the business.
  • Undertake existing instructions, maintaining client relationships, keeping them updated on reports and developing new business
  • Knowledge of changes and developments in professional and ancillary areas and to take steps to expand knowledge
About You:
  • MRICS
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
  • Strong drive for results
  • Experience of negotiating and conducting them effectively
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
