Job Details
The Role:
- Provide a range of valuation advice to investors and financial institutions
- Write concise and accurate valuation reports
- Business Generation and client facing business activity will be a requirement as well as cross-selling, and lead to promotion opportunities within the business.
- Undertake existing instructions, maintaining client relationships, keeping them updated on reports and developing new business
- Knowledge of changes and developments in professional and ancillary areas and to take steps to expand knowledge
- MRICS
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
- Strong drive for results
- Experience of negotiating and conducting them effectively
- Full and valid UK driving licence
