About the Job

Understanding and implementation of lean manufacturing work practices including problem solving to drive continuous improvement activity throughout the site. You must exercise reasonable skill and care for the health and safety of yourself and other people at work.

When engaging with internal and external stakeholders (such as consumers, customers or suppliers) maximise any potential opportunities to communicate Princes' ethical trade and human rights approach. This role specifically focuses on daily planning and the workings of production and supply chain.

The Ideal Candidate

The position requires fundamental understanding and experience of the major aspects of integrated planning software: Production Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Capacity Planning, Master Production Scheduling.

  • Knowledge of planning and supply chain in an FMCG environment
  • Ability to communicate with staff and management at all levels.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines.

The role will be Friday - Monday Day shifts.
