Estate Manager- 3 days per week

Macdonald & Company are currently working with one of the UK's most well know leisure chains who are currently looking for an Estates Manager on a part time basis of 3 days per week and offering up to £45,000.

Our client is looking for somebody to oversee the day to day management of the national estate of approximately 130 assets. 

The work will include (but not exclusively) service charges, landlord applications, repair responsibilities, lease completions and contract executions. Experience of a comparable tenant side role will be essential.

With offices based in Outer West London lengthy commutes into Central London will not be necessary. There will also be remote working on offer moving forward to provide even more flexibility.
