Projects: Education, Care Homes, Residential, Housing, Local Authority, Healthcare and Commercial.

Role of the Building Surveyor:

Ensure efficient maintenance planning and manage planned and reactive repairsEnsure building user are safe, repairs and refurbishments are effectiveUndertake site surveys, dilapidations, measured surveys and planned maintenance

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degreeExperience of working within a consultancy environmentConfidential in writing specifications, conducting condition surveys and running a wide variety of projects of various size
