Senior Project Manager
Kingston Upon Thames / London
£ Competitive Package
Specialist project management consultant has a requirement for a project manager to join their Developer team in Kingston Upon Thames (they also have an office in London you can work from).
You will work alongside the Director fronting into clients and dealing with complex industrial / shed schemes (mostly), challenging contractors etc, taking control of the whole process, from concept to completion, on a range of development projects ranging typically from £5m to £100m.
This is very much a delivery role and needs an experienced project manager that will get involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle. The client base includes global brands such as Axa Real Estate, Threadneedle, DAF Trucks, Northumberland Estates.
This is a great opportunity for a project manager who wants to step out of the process driven larger corporate consultancy environment and make their own mark on project delivery. The role also has a succession plan in mind so there is real opportunity to make clients your own.
