Retail Asset Manager

This well respected family office are looking for an experienced Retail Asset Manager to work across both UK and overseas real estate opportunities. Reporting into the Senior Asset Management team you will lead the day-to-day management of assets and will be responsible for delivering in accordance with the wider asset management plan. They are a lean and agile team, responsible for all parts of the investment process from origination and arrangement of finance through to asset or development management and finally disposal.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, hands-on individual who takes pride in the performance of their assets and can utilise their experience to deliver a meaningful contribution to the business. A central part of this role will be a newly-acquired retail centre, but you will be given opportunities to work across the wider portfolio as required.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience of retail asset management, ideally MRICS qualified (not essential), numerate and familiar with MS Excel. You must be comfortable working in a family office environment and have flexibility around travel and visiting the office/assets as and when required.
