Job Details

This well-respected family office is looking for an experienced Asset & Development Manager to manage a diverse portfolio, with a focus on income-producing assets which have a planning, development or refurbishment angle.  In addition, you will be able to assist in the origination and evaluation of new acquisitions and make suggestions on the potential to re-position. Reporting to the Senior Asset Management team you will lead the day-to-day management of your portfolio and will be responsible for delivering against the wider asset management plan.

You will focus on developing, analysing, and implementing value-add asset management strategies including lease renewals and regears as well as repositioning assets through planning, refurbishment or development. MRICS qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in both asset and development management. Experience working for family offices is preferable but not essential.
