Project Management Professional - Private Consultancy - Healthcare Experience

Our client is a multi disciplinary Private Property and Construction Consultancy based in London and are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager Professional who has demonstrable track record in Project Management Delivery of Healthcare or NHS or Hospitals Experience

Due to the high profile nature of the client and this particular Contract they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Management professional who can take ownership of a major NHS Contract.

The majority of the scope of work will be the Consultation as well as execution of a major healthcare project.

Our client gets involved in Mixed Use developments and as such they would consider someone who has a strong property delivery background, however NHS or Healthcare experience would be desirable.

In order to be considered for this opportunity the client has requested that you have demonstrable experience in delivering schemes up to £80million from inception to completion; this is very much a client facing role and so you must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple stake holders.
