This is a varied position, and the successful applicant will possess a strong track record in financial modelling (both numerical and report), rental cash flows, and SPV calculations.
This firm is a highly experienced investor specialising in complex private equity, large-scale development and asset management. Currently looking to recruit a Senior Analyst within the development arm of the business involved in delivering large-scale real estate projects across the UK.
Delivering long-term residential concepts for the group, working across different portfolios along with supporting the development director and collaborating with the wider teams.
Building excel models and preparing investment phase cash flows for investors. Viability/feasibility studies for residential investments. Underwriting of new opportunities, fundraising.
The successful candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in a real estate (or relevant) modelling role and be able to competently articulate financial outputs to audiences across the varied disciplines within the business. Bachelor or master's degree with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent and strong Excel modelling and analytical skills are also required.
