Project Manager - Capital maintenance programme

Your new company
My client is a public sector organisation in Berkshire who are looking for an experience capital project manager who has worked on maintenance programmes to join them for a 6 month basis due to an increase in workload.
Your new role
Working on capital maintenance projects on a mixed property portfolio mainly consisting of commercial properties ie schools, librarys, leisure, offices etc. You will be tasked with ensuring that projects are running to budget and on time, that the performance of consultants and contractors is satisfactory, that KPI's are met, customer service is adhered to and H&S is compliant. you will be reporting back regularly on the progress of the projects and will be working with various internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years construction project management experience, will have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, you will be fully up on current H&S regs, budget management experience, and will be able to manage your workload and diary to achieve results. You will require a vehicle and clean license as travel to local sites will be required.
