A Partner, Project Manager is required to strengthen and develop a well-regarded property and construction consultancy's London Office. This consultancy has a network of offices through the UK, through which they work with a variety of clients who own, occupy, manage or develop Commercial, Educational, Health, Infrastructure, Leisure, Pharmaceutical, Residential or Retail assets. They offer a full multi-disciplined service offering and are increasingly seen as the employer of choice.
This opportunity is to further the project management service line by helping to build on a strong national service line and strengthen a solid foundation in London.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering construction projects and development programmes in central London. Your experience could be within any of the core London sectors, delivering new build, refurbishments or cut and carve. You will be used to identifying and winning new clients, managing and delivering to existing relationships, mentoring team members and have a desire to be a key part of a growing business. You will likely be a chartered project manager and have a professional affiliation with the RICS, APM, IOB, ICE or RIBA.
