Senior Project Surveyor / Employer's Agent

They work on a wide range of projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Heritage, Retail, Logistics & Education.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Surveyor to join the Residential team to work on new build and refurbishment projects for clients including national housebuilders, developers, housing associations, student accommodation, retirement living and PRS providers.

The role will deliver QS and Employers Agent services from inception to completion on major development schemes, working closely alongside the client team and other stakeholders. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets.

The company is based in modern offices in central London and has a very sociable and supportive team. They have an excellent development programme with clear opportunities to progress all the way to Partner level.

Candidates need to be MRICS chartered with a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. Prior experience working on residential schemes with a professional cost consultancy is preferred, ideally with Employer's Agent experience.
