An excellent opportunity exists to join a highly respected real estate consultancy within a busy and successful valuation team who specialise in Affordable Housing within London. You will join the organisation in a Valuation Surveyor position to undertake valuation for loan security purposes across a wide reaching, affordable housing portfolio. You will be joining a high performing and successful team of like minded professionals with strong support in your career progression.


The successful applicant will be placed within an industry leading team. You will be a qualified Level 3 RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post qualified experience and proficient in DCF valuation models. You will be driven, aspirational and career oriented.
