Job Details

I'm currently working with a very impressive Asset Management and Investment company who are looking to add a Building Surveyor, preferably Chartered, but not essential, to their London team. You will be coming on board to help manage a £1 Billion portfolio across commercial assets including retail shopping centres, single and multi-let office buildings, Industrial and distribution sheds and large mixed-use development sites.

There will be a mix of project work, refurbishment and maintenance across the portfolio as well as feasibility work, pre-acquisition due diligence and Dilaps work.

This is a rare and exciting chance for a Consultancy Surveyor to move Client-side and join a busy and pro-active investor with an interesting range of assets and varied work.

If you would be interested in finding out more, please call Tom Wentworth Waites on 0203 4751 727 or email tom.wentworth@woodhouserecruitment.com
