An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a leading practice in London. This firm are one of the biggest players in planning consultancy across the UK and have a particularly strong team in London. The multi-disciplinary office is based in London's West End and has a large, open-plan, friendly environment with a sizeable planning team.

This firm are market leaders in planning consultancy and the London office have a very strong presence in central London developments. They have an impressive portfolio of clients including luxury and prestigious housebuilders and commercial developers, wealthy landowners and property developers, corporates, funds and investors as well as public-sector organisations. They offer the chance to work on high profile developments including residential, mixed-use, commercial, listed-buildings, heritage and office/tall building schemes. The majority of the projects are based in central London/surrounding Boroughs.

We are looking for Town Planners who are MRTPI qualified operating around the experienced Planner or Senior Planner level. You will ideally have some current or recent commercial consultancy experience, a good grounding in application-led work and enjoy a client facing role. Your role will include feasibility and appraisal work, preparing and submitting planning applications, providing bespoke advice to the firm's client base, maintaining existing and enhancing client relationships, cross-selling other departments, coordinating other professional input to projects where needed and building upon your project management experience. You should have strong report writing, communication and presentation skills, be client facing and enjoy networking situations.
