Your new company
You will work for a local authority organisation based in Leicestershire, within the strategic asset team.
Your new role
You will work as a Senior Valuer, working in the strategic asset team. You will negotiate acquisitions and acquisitions for the organisation, as well as the asset management of commercial properties, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and preparing reports. You will work on publicly owned properties across the Leicestershire region.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have estate management experience, valuations and lease renewals, within commercial properties. Yo will also be MRICS qualified, and have experience in local government properties.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive basic salary of £40000+ as well as local government pension and extensive holiday allowance. You will also receive a flexible working programme.
