Joshua Robert is excited to be recruiting for the leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.
The Role
The expanding Seniors Housing team has two Valuer positions available, at Senior Surveyor / Associate level. Based at our clients London Head Office, the Seniors Housing team are part of the firm’s highly successful Residential Development and Investment Division.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will be a Chartered Surveyor from either a rural, residential or commercial background. You must in addition be degree level educated and a RICS Registered Valuer.
- 2 year + post qualified valuation experience including writing valuation reports and working as part of a team.
- Senior’s housing experience or alternatively experience in PRS, healthcare, student, affordable, viability or residential development.
