Working in the Real Estate Advisory team you'll be working across many areas of Property & Management Consultancy, including areas such as:

Disposal & Acquisition

Project and Programme advisory

Contractor performance reviews

Audit

Options and Value for Money appraisal

Investment planning/appraisal

Asset Management and Compliance advice

Asset Management / Stock / Surveying

Development appraisal / Development advice

Profile

Degree qualified

Ideally MRICS or MCIOB, or APC candidate, but this is not essential

Qualifications relating to the Housing sector preferable

Experience working with housing, local authority or government.

Strong understanding of Asset Management, Compliance, Statutory and Regulatory best practice.

Project Management skills, the ability to deliver on time, on budget, and compliant.

Excellent verbal and written skills, and client facing/stakeholder management.

Job Offer

Salary range depending upon experience. Surveyor/Consultant up to Senior level avaiable
