Our transformed Housing Assets Service is seeking a number of applicants for the following Key posts to help make our ambitions a reality.

Your new role
As the Integrated Asset Management Contract Manager, you will be overseeing the contract management of the Housing Asset services and providing assurance that the delivery of the service is meeting all the contractual, council, professional and legislative requirements. Working on a large cladding project across the portfolio, working with scope of works, schedule of works and administrating the contract.

The Integrated Asset Manager will liaise with teams in Building and M&E services and teams within the Housing Service and provide assurance to Commercial Governance Groups that all contracts are being managed in accordance with TPC, tender, task order requirements and that KPIs are delivered

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a solid track record within the Housing environment from a construction/surveying background, with an education to degree level in ideally Quantity Surveying, Construction or Contract Management. You will have expert knowledge of the TPC and other construction contracts, so that you can confidently apply contract management and communication skills to the complex processes involved. Knowledge of contract management and commercial good practice in relation to housing repairs and maintenance. Demonstrable understanding of the risks associated with large commercial contracts and appropriate mitigation measures.
