Your new role
Your role will involve the identification of new development sites using a range of methods, from examination of statutory development plans, to housing land audits and liaising with agents. You'll lead on negotiation of terms and securing sites, including initial due dalliance, formulating offers, and managing the legal processes. This varied role will allow you to working with your planning colleagues to assist in the preparation of applications and appeals.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to me commercially aware, an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, and competitive in nature. This role is strategic in nature, therefore you will need to be imaginative with an ability to identify other possibilities and angles for acquisition.

What you'll get in return
