Up to £70,000 + bonus, pension, healthcare

Carriera is recruiting for a client that offers primarily project and development management, building surveying, and cost management. They work through residential development, hotels, life sciences and commercial. Projects vary in complexity and values from £2m to £20m.

About the role;

As an associate project manager, you will be working directly under the project and development management partner. This will allow you real exposure to clients, the ability to start to grow your own portfolio and manage a small team. Currently, there are 3-4 projects that need your help to deliver and an assistant project manager to nurture and help grow.

About you;

You must have property/construction consultancy experience and ideally worked within the aforementioned sectors. Experience with procurement, client interaction, leading meetings, managing contractors is key and will give you the best possible platform to succeed in this role.
