An opportunity for a Party Wall Specialist at Senior Associate/Director Level has come up with a forward thinking Building Consultancy in the City. This role is likely to attract a 6 figure package to attract the highest calibre people.

The company are leaders in Building Surveying, Party Wall and Rights of Light matters. They work in partnership with investors, developers, owners and tenants. The company work a on a variety of projects primarily in both commercial and residential. There is also a focus on Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Leisure. The desire of the company is to develop and grow the party wall business and spread this from Central London, Greater London out to other major cities within the UK. The London office itself has around 50 employees and they are looking to continue recent growth where they have opened offices in other UK locations.

This role is for an industry specialist in Party Wall matters. You will be the Senior Associate/Partner and therefore lead on Party Wall matters. You will be known in the industry and have the capability to continue growth by building a team around you. 

In exchange for the above the company offers an excellent salary with bonus and benefits, looking at a 6 figure total package.
