They are now recruiting for a experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a broad range of experience to join their Brighton office, East Sussex

Person Specification: Chartered Quantity Surveyor

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject
• Ideally MRICS
• Broad range of experience across the full project lifecycle
• Experience across a range of project sectors

Roles and Responsibilities:Chartered Quantity Surveyor

You will be an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor, able to offer a broad range of cost management experience across a range of construction projects. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Feasibility Studies & Client Advice
• Cash Flow / Cost Analysis
• Contract Administration
• Employers’ Agent
• Bills of Quantities / Quantified Schedules of Work
• Preparation of contract documents
• Cost Reporting
• Valuations, Instructions & Variations
• Point of contact for projects for both Clients and the Design Team
• Elements of Project Management and Client support

 Salary & Package: Chartered Quantity Surveyor
