Progression is clear from the offset, the current Partner originally thought of bringing someone in at Associate level then decided he would rather someone come in as a Senior to grow into the culture as well as up the ladder– there will be a clear plan in place along with timelines for you to work towards.

The business is around 40 strong with the London office currently at 14, they have plans to grow over the next few years and you would play a key part in helping them achieve this, helping mentor juniors, meeting potential new recruits etc.

The company have been around a long time and are in a great position financially, they were carful during the lockdown and did not need to make anyone redundant, they feel that now is the time to push on.
