My client is a local government organisation in Derbyshire. They have in their estate, commercial, land and rural assets. They are close and supportive team and rarely utilise interims so this a great interim opportunity.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Interim Estates Surveyor, would be the full estates management workload one would expect with a varied operational / investment portfolio, comprising of commercial, land and rural assets.

Profile

Ideally looking for an MRICS Surveyor, although not essential.

Local government experience is not essential.

I need a technically competent estates surveyor, ideally with some rural experience although not essential who can get to Derbyshire once a week and work the rest of the week from home.

Job Offer

3-6 month contract. Inside IR35. Great role. Home based with one day a week in Derbyshire on site.
