Joshua Robert Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading national firm of specialist UK property consultants and chartered surveyors, who are currently looking for a Valuation Surveyor who enjoys CPO work.
 
 
The Role
 
The successful candidate will work with a wide variety of clients (including private and public sector) with the opportunity to focus on professional valuation work; allowing the chance to become involved in all stages of complex portfolio valuations.

Your new role will include:

• Carrying out valuations of commercial and residential properties

 
The Person
 
The successful candidate will be a RICS qualified professional with experience within a similar role. They will require a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture and will have a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner. The ability to work in a team and independently and use initiative is a must, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and IT capability. We are looking for a mid level Surveyor who enjoys CPO work. This has the flexibility to be based from any of our clients offices as long as you are able to commutable to one of them.
